From treating a little dog that was stuck in a drain for a week without food or water to treating a Staffie that was high on marijuana, Ashburne owner Dr Renadé Bartlett has just about seen it all in her many years of practice.
A lover of nature and animals, it’s little wonder she keeps five dogs, three cats, three chinchillas and some chickens.
Renadé has owned Ashburne Veterinary Hospital since 2002 after owning another practice in Roodepoort in Gauteng. She also worked in England for about four years in between owning the two practices.
She is married and has three children, two sons at university and a daughter at school.
She has a love for learning and reading and enjoys watching artistic sports such as rhythmic gymnastics, dancing and aesthetic gymnastics.
