Our modern facilities include an operating theatre, surgery and isolation unit, while our in-house blood testing laboratory equipment enables us to make quicker diagnoses.
Our dedicated team is made up of six qualified veterinary surgeons, three nurses and a host of support staff in-
cluding a practice manager, receptionists and assistants.
Our shop offers a range of premium pet care products such as foods, accessories, toys and treats. Our staff under-go regular product training so we can offer you the best advice.

Ashburne Veterinary Hospital provides quality veterinary diagnostics, treatment, care and hospitalisation for all your family pets. We have our own in-house blood testing laboratory equipment which enables us to make diagnoses in shorter time space than vets who have to send all blood samples to outside laboratories.
We offer a range of premium pet care products such as dog and cat food to suit the nutritional needs of every animal. Our range includes industry renowned premium food like Hills, Royal Canin, Eukanuba, Iams, Vets Choice, Superwoof and Acana. We also have a range of prescription pet foods for many different medical conditions. We carry animal accessories including collars, leads and pet toys. It’s important to ensure your family pet has a collar with your details on and a microchip so that if he should get lost you can be quickly reunited.
We carry trusted tick and flea remedies such as Frontline, Advantage, Advantix, Advocate, Fiprotec, and Certifect. A wide range of grooming accessories for your family pets from combs and brushes to shampoos are available in the retail section of our animal hospital. To ward off the winter chills and to keep your family pets comfortable we have a good range of blankets as well as dog and cat beds and to keep their teeth in great condition we stock a wide range of dental products.
Chews and treats keep your family pets happy and entertained and we stock a wide range including ostrich treats and Kong Toys. Our friendly reception staff undergoes continuous product training so are able to offer you the best advice on all our front shop items.
